West Coast IPA from Wiper & True & Thornbridge. The beer’s malt base glows a clear, bright gold, thanks to Vienna malt and Golden Promise. Onto this we layer Chinook, Cascade and Citra hops, brewed for an assertive bitterness with crisp top notes of grapefruit, lemon and pine.
