Northern Monk Everything All At Once: Berry Sour IPA
Vegan Zapato Beaucoup Weisse:
New in: April 2022
Berliner with black berries. The first time in cans for this favourite. Always with raspberry, this time with blackcurrant too. Fresh and clean and very pink, with a depth of fruit chosen to compliment each other. Spritzy, just off dry, some lactic character. The raspberry gives sweet, jammy, fun and childish kinda flavours. The blackberry is deeper and more complex, slightly dusky, deeply fruitful and vinous.
What do our customers say about our monthly subscription?
“Great customer service, easy to use website, will be using again.”
Pale Ale Blonde Beer, citrus IPA, Stout and Dry Hopped IPA (Left to Right)
Kirkstall Brewery Back to Basics: Strong Pale Ale: Easy drinking blonde beer. Snare snap of citrus, smooth loops of bitterness and full malt bassline.Â
Deya Glue: Vegan IPA: Fresh from Deya Brewery we have this soft, citrusy and juicy IPA liberally dry hopped with Citra, Motueka, Wai-Iti and Rakau.
Stigbergets Hot Spot: Stout (contains nuts) Imperial stout brewed with vanilla and bitter almonds for a sweet and nutty complexity with a touch of almond chunk!
Evil Twin To Dare Is To Lose: DDH TIPA Double Dry Hopped Triple IPA brewed with vanilla marshmallow
Northern Monk Northern Tropics: Double Jungle IPA
A limited run, buy whilst we have stocks (April 2022)
Way down deep in Holbeck urban jungle, the brewers took a silky base of super pale, and flaked oats; added lots of Citra and a little dash of lactose, then Bri-hno said I know, we’ll call it… Double Jungle IPA.
Into that bright & zesty Citra IPA goes gallons of guava, plenty of pineapple, and masses more mandarin and mango, plus we dialled the ABV up ever-so slightly into DIPA territory for a thicker, fuller milkshake mouthfeel.
Great selection of beers and excellent service, going above and beyond helpfulness.
Verdant: Vegan – Grapefruit, oranges and pine needles are the order of the day here. A deceptively easy drinking DIPA with a light but full body via the wheat centric malt bill.
Frugtsalad Sour Ale: Funky Fluid x Mikkeller Double Gelato – Double Ice Cream Sour with blueberries, banana, kiwi, cocoa nibs from Beskid Chocolate, toasted almonds & vanilla.
Flügge Heinz Apple & Quince Sour – Heinz was fermented with lactic acid bacteria and with two types of farmhouse yeast and then stored on fresh apples and quinces from the André Stranz fruit farm.
Fair State Heckin Chonker: Bourbon Pastry Stout with Vanilla – A big, luxurious brew. Blended bourbon barrel-aged pastry stout with vanilla.
Stout Craft Beer HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Evil Twin Even More Jesus: Imperial Stout. A few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league.
Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black colour, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all – it must taste rare!
Uiltje The Amazing Strong Owl: Ice Distilled Strong Ale. Limited Edition. Sticky, thick and sweet ale with rounded citrus flavours reminiscent of a good triple IPA.
Evil Twin x Omnipollo Even More Bianca. Sour Ale – Lambics & Sours, Limited edition. Omnipollo x Evil Twin Collaboration. Raspberry Maple Pancake Royal Treatment Lassi Gose Ale with raspberries, vanilla, milk sugar and marshmallow.
Piglove Cosmovision: Deep Red Sour. A fascinatingly flavourful Deep Red Sour with Acerola berries, Beetroot, Citra hops and Achiote (annatto): a famous ingredient all around the world but born in the Amazonian rainforest, long used in Central and South America in rituals, as a spice and as a symbol of divinity and power.
